We have started with renovations of houses and factory buildings at the initial stage when Hems Construction was established. It had completed about 35 houses renovations, 28 industrial shades renovations within 2 years. Not only it built great contacts with clients at that stage but also built an excellent relationship with hardworking and skilled workers, labors, contractors, building material suppliers, architectures, structure designers and site supervisors.
In year 2000, The Hems Group got its first project for a new building construction for a manufacturing company based in Changodar GIDC, which was a biggest move of the company at that time as because it was a big construction project of about 4000 square yards. A year after, we have also completed 4 more projects like the same by getting clients by others reference. These five new construction project completions were a biggest achievement at that time by the company.

For a period of next 10 years after that, Hems Construction built number of factory shades, renovations of existing factory buildings, building new houses and renovating existing ones. In this period, the company also stood tall and ahead of other construction services providers, renovators and builders in this phase and did big amount of business compare to others.
In year 2006, the company completed its first commercial scheme which was named Hems Industrial Park with number of shops and factory shades. In year 2008, the company started another commercial project with new design called Hems Business Park, a complex containing shops, offices and also with residential apartments. We have completed this project within 1.5 years.
Since then, the company has developed number of factory and residential buildings of well known manufacturers and service providers for their corporate houses. In today’s market we are one of the biggest developers and got trustful goodwill among real estate field.
